We are seeking experienced Barbers at our Newport News location!

We are hiring professionals with established clientele, as well as those new to the industry, who possess at least some experience, a passion for the craft, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Our Expectations:

• Provide grooming services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, trims, and other grooming treatments

• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend the appropriate hairstyle or the hairstyle that fits best

• Keep workstations and equipment clean and sanitized

• Willingness to help maintain the common areas like the break room, restroom, and shampoo bowls to ensure that the area will be clean for the next person

• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the barbershop

• Handle cash and card payments for grooming services

Preferred Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Barber, with a professional portfolio of completed haircuts and grooming styles

• Currently has their own clientele,

• Has a good work ethic, is a team player, and has appropriate attire for the position
